Villa IJsvogel is located on a resort at lake Veere in the old village of Kortgene in the center of Zeeland. The resort is neighbor to a camping ground and a harbor, both on lake Veere.

The resort has a small food marked, a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool for children, a tennis ground and a playground.
At the camping ground next door you can find a Dive tower on the lake, a water trampoline, a boat rental and also a school for sailing, surfing, wakeboarding and waterskiing.

The old village of Kortgene is located in walking distance. Here you can find various shops and restaurants.

The North Sea beach is located in driving distance where you can also rent a boat for fishing.
